GRP Laminator / Factory Production

We are seeking a full time, GRP Laminator to join our production team based at our innovative factory in Framlingham.

If you have enthusiasm with transferable skills or experience, full training will be provided.

Job outline & skills required

  • Cleaning, waxing, prepping moulds for lay-up
  • Application of various release agents/material identification
  • Gel coat application, laminating skills and hand tool dexterity
  • General housekeeping duties – changing barrels and re-filling dispensers/cleaning
  • Excellent team spirit and work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and bills of materials
  • Experience trimming and finishing of GRP parts (Advantageous)
  • Experience wrapping/protecting out bound deliveries (Advantageous)

Salary Rates £21,000 to £29,000 incl. bonus
